The EasySep™ Total Lymphocyte Enrichment Kit: Complete Processing Kit for Whole Blood is designed to isolate human lymphocytes from HetaSep™-treated whole blood by negative selection. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD14, CD15, CD16, CD33, CD36, CD41, CD66b, glycophorin A and dextran-coated magnetic particles. The labeled cells are bound to magnetic particles and separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Desired cells are poured off into a new tube.

The EasySep™ Human CD34 Positive Selection Kit II is designed to isolate CD34+ cells from fresh or previously frozen bone marrow or mobilized peripheral blood mononuclear cells, or from previously frozen cord blood mononuclear cells, or from hESC/hiPSC-derived hematopoietic cells by positive selection. Desired cells are targeted with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD34 and dextran-coated magnetic particles. The cocktail also contains an antibody to human Fc receptor to minimize nonspecific binding. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off. The CD34 antigen is expressed on hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells.This product can be used in place of the EasySep™ Human CD34 Positive Selection Kit (Catalog #18056) for even faster cell isolations.

The ChIP-IT High Sensitivity (HS) Kit is designed to give superior performance when performing ChIP using antibodies against low abundance transcription factors, antibodies with sub-optimal binding affinities or when starting with a limited number of cells. Higher signal and lower non-specific DNA pulldown is achieved through the incorporation of specialized protein G agarose beads and optimized fixation, binding and wash buffers. In addition, washes are performed via gravity filtration, which is faster, easier and more consistent than magnetic bead capture.
